Love
Who did you love, and did they know it?
A book about intentional living
Death is the teacher. Life is the subject. The Epic Eulogy Method is an invitation to examine the story you are living—and begin shaping it while it is still yours to write.
Your life. Your story. Told your way.

01 — The book
It’s about deciding how you want to live.
No one hears their own eulogy, but the way they live determines what it will say. A eulogy gathers the meaning of a life after it is over. The Epic Eulogy Method brings that reflection into the present. It asks you to pay attention now, while there is still time to choose what your story becomes.
You will look honestly at where you have been, release what no longer belongs to you, clarify what you want your life to stand for, and take practical steps toward becoming the person you hope people will remember.
02 — The method
The word epic does not only mean impressive. It also names a journey—a life shaped by trials, choices, losses, discoveries and returns.
Look honestly at the life you are living.
Recognize the forces, wounds and gifts that shaped you.
Release what has finished teaching you.
Decide what you want your life to stand for.
Close the distance between intention and action.
Offer what only your life can give.
Come back to your life with clearer eyes and deliberate purpose.
03 — What remains
Who did you love, and did they know it?
Where did you choose truth over fear?
How fully did you become yourself?
Were you here for the life you were given?
What did your life make possible for others?

04 — The author
“I have spent more than a decade as a funeral celebrant, sitting with families after someone they love has died.”
Again and again, I have watched people discover the true shape of a life through the stories left behind. I created The Epic Eulogy Method to bring that clarity forward—to help people hear what matters before their story is finished.
This work is personal. It is grounded in illness survived, grief carried, love found, and the stubborn belief that we do not have to wait for a crisis to begin living deliberately.
